By using this website or engaging the services of Resonance Studios (Pty) Ltd, you agree to be bound by

these Terms of Use and by our full contractual Terms & Conditions which govern all rentals, services, and

sales.

Services Offered: Resonance Studios provides professional event-related services and rentals including

lighting and stage design, specialized rigging, brand activation, AV consultation, AV equipment rental, and

sale of selected AV products. All services and rentals are subject to availability and confirmation via written

quotation and acceptance.

Quotes and Contracts: Website information does not constitute a binding offer. All work is subject to

written quotation and formal acceptance. In the event of conflict, the signed quotation and full Terms &

Conditions prevail.

Payments: Deposits may be required prior to confirmation of bookings. All prices exclude VAT unless

stated otherwise. Late payments may attract interest at the legally prescribed rate.

Limitation of Liability: Resonance Studios is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential

losses arising from the use of our services or equipment, except where required by law. Liability is limited

as set out in our full Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law: All agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Information We Collect: We may collect your name, phone number, email address, event and venue

details, billing and payment confirmation details, and communication records.

Payments are processed by secure third-party processors such as Paystack. We do not store card details.

Use of Information: Information is used to prepare quotations and contracts, deliver services and rentals,

communicate regarding bookings and payments, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Sharing of Information: Information may be shared with payment processors, subcontractors directly

involved in service delivery, and legal authorities if required by law.

Data Security: Reasonable safeguards are used to protect data, but absolute security cannot be

guaranteed.

Your Rights: You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us

directly.

PRIVACY POLICY

SERVICE DELIVERY & RENTAL FULFILMENT POLICY

Resonance Studios provides on-site event services and equipment rentals. We do not ship consumer

goods as an online store.

Delivery includes transport to venue, setup and installation, event operation if contracted, and teardown

and collection. Rental charges commence from the date of delivery or collection as per contract.

Access and Venue Conditions: Clients must ensure site access between 07:00 and 17:00 or as agreed,

clear access to equipment, and adequate power and rigging points. If crews cannot access equipment due

to site restrictions or obstructions, rental and service charges still apply.

Changes and Extensions: Rental extensions must be approved and may require immediate payment. Any

changes to dates, venues, or scope may result in additional charges.

REFUND, CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of event services and advance equipment allocation, refunds are limited.

Deposits and Cancellations: Deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable once

equipment and staff are scheduled. If cancellation is approved, the client remains liable for costs already

incurred. Postponements may be accommodated subject to availability.

Equipment Damage or Loss: Clients are responsible for repair costs, replacement costs for lost or stolen

equipment, and ongoing rental charges until equipment is repaired or replaced as detailed in the Terms &

Conditions.

Sale of Goods: Where products are sold, returns require written approval, items must be unused and in

original packaging, custom or special-order products cannot be returned, and restocking and return

shipping fees may apply.

Company Cancellations: If Resonance Studios is unable to perform due to internal operational reasons, all

amounts paid for the affected service will be refunded.

Force Majeure: No party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including

weather, government restrictions, or venue closures.
